B is for #BestDressed

Happy Thursday!

Did you all watch the BRITS Last night? I did. I say every year that I'm not bothered but I always find myself watching it! Mainly this year because my tw favourite presenters were hosting! (If you didn't see it, Dermot O'Leary and Emma Willis were the perfect combo!)

I watched the whole thing and I was fairly disappointed with some of the nominations. Here's a shout out to Rag and Bone Man, One Direction and Drake! They were all well deserved.

So, to the most important part - The outfits! Who wore what and who wore it best!

Now, I don't mind admitting that I was a little disappointed with some of the outfits! Little Mix didn't have a good outfit amongst them and I wasn't loving a few of the others. People either played it safe or it went disastrously wrong. But here are a few of my picks.

Katy Perry : She stole the show with her performance. This wasn't her outfit for the red carpet (she did have a costume change) but this toned down, masculine silk pin stripe suit was up there with the best.

Holly Willoughby : Yes, I know it is simple. But who doesn't love sequins. I thought the simpler the better won last night.

Ferne Cotton : A gorgeous floor length black lace number. With a cute off the shoulder detail and a rara skirt frill.

Alesha Dixon: Simple but effective. I love the streamline silhouette and the contrast of the bright against the black.

Lianne La Havas: This was definitely one of my favourite outfits. I love everything about it! And who can say no to vintage florals.

Pixie Lott: Simple but very cute! A modern twist on a Flapper dress. I love the fringed hemline.

Mollie King: I am not a huge fan of the furry shawl (thought I do love the colour) but her silver slit dress is to die for.

Michelle Keegan: She may have played it safe but I love her for it. The colour looks amazing on her and I love the cut of the playsuit!

Clara Paget: She opted for a floor length black gown with a deep thigh split and a studded biker jacket for a bit of masculinity. And it paid off!

One of my favourite outfits of the night was the Host herself - Emma Willis. However, I can not find a photo that does the gown justice.

Congratulations to all the winners!
