Shop Policies: 

Because I just LOVE making things! 

Each item is made completely by hand from start to finish - by myself!

 

Each item is unique and therefore needs time to be made (Please allow up to 14 days before shipping. More than 3 items will take 2-4 weeks.) 

The price of these items reflects the individuality and hard work that goes into them. 

I am also open to other projects so if you need any help - just let me know!

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS: 
I will not refund for any items of clothing that do not fit. This includes MADE TO ORDER and READY TO BUY items.

Because I list all my items with measurements and link to a size guide - it is the responsibility of the buyer to check thoroughly that the item will fit. 

Partial Refunds are available if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. This includes Extras and Clothing but excludes Last Chance and Sale.

I do not accept refunds on lingerie, jewellery and masks for hygiene reasons. 

 
All refunds exclude postage price. 

EXCHANGES: 

I will offer exchanges for another item in my shop. 

Exchanges are offered for items of the same value. If the new item is of higher value, the customer has to pay the excess.

If the reason for the exchange is that the item does not fit , the buyer is expected to pay the return postage. 

Exchanges will be accepted on tailor made items if the mistake is my fault and I will pay the return postage. 

 

SALE: 
NO Refunds will be offered on SALE / LAST CHANCE TO BUY items. It will state in the listing if the item is a SALE / LAST CHANCE TO BUY item. 

CANCELLATIONS: 
Please only purchase if you are 100% sure that you want the item. I will cancel in extreme circumstances but please only buy if you are serious about wanting the item.

SIZES: 
I prefer to work from measurements if making MADE TO ORDER but if measurements are not provided I will use my own size guide. My size guide is available to view on the shop header.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me first so I am able to resolve the situation before leaving a bad review. I am unable to rectify anything once the review has been left.
