I ship 1st Class by Royal Mail to anywhere in the world. Postage prices are shown individually on each listing, however the buyer is responsible for paying any extra charge to a destination that is not listed. Please get in touch before purchasing if you have not seen your country listed. 

I offer two types of delivery for each item courtesy of Royal Mail.  STANDARD and EXPRESS TRACKED. 
Standard delivery aims to arrive overseas in 7-12 days (depending on busy periods) and comes with a proof of posting but no tracking. 
Express Tracked Delivery aims to arrive overseas in 5-7 days and comes with a tracking reference so the item can be tracked on its journey. 
As there is a price difference with both of these options, I leave it up to the buyer to decide which is more suitable. (Personally I find the standard postage just as quick and safe as the tracked) but I can not be held accountable for the wrong option being chosen. 

I will always let you know when the item is on its way. I aim to dispatch with in 2-3 days if the item is Ready to Buy. And within 14 days if the item is MADE TO ORDER. I will always keep you updated on my progress. 


In the event that I will experience a busy period (Summer, Christmas etc) I will post a deadline date on my Etsy noticeboard. This deadline must be taken note of before you order your items. I will do my best to work to these deadlines for guaranteed (Christmas) delivery. Although I will still try my best to hurry orders through after this deadline, I can not be held responsible for them not getting to you on time. 


I am not responsible for any items lost in the post - Unfortunately I am at the mercy of The Royal Mail and the situation is out of my control once I have dispatched it at the Post Office.  If the item is tracked and goes missing, I will do everything I can to track it down and compensate the customer - A part refund will be give in the event that we can not track it down. (It is rare that they go missing at all so this is just a precaution!) 

 If standard postage is paid, there will be no refunds given on missing parcels as this is the fault of The Royal Mail. However, I will do everything I can to track down the missing parcel and claim compensation. 

It is your responsibility to check that you have given me the correct address to post parcels to. If you need to change the receiving address, please let me know in advance of posting the item. 
No refunds will be given on items that have been posted to the wrong address. If in the event that the parcels is redirected back to me, it is your responsibility to pay the excess postage to re -deliver it. 

Please understand that I make these items, I am not responsible for delivering them.

I am a very a small business and do my best to avoid any of these circumstances, however some situations are out of my hands.
